She also is trustee emerita of the Duquesne University board of directors and vice chair of the Association of Governing Boards of Colleges and Universities board of directors. She has lectured and taught extensively in the U.S. and internationally.

Ms. Baldwin is a 1980 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review, and a graduate of Pennsylvania State University (M.A., B.A.).
