William S. Katchen focuses his practice on bankruptcy reorganization, creditor/debtor litigation and secured party representation. He has been listed in Who's Who Legal USA: Insolvency & Restructuring and The Guide to the World's Leading Insolvency Lawyers.
Mr. Katchen is a member of the Litigation and the Business Law, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Commercial Law League.
He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and is a former chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Mr. Katchen is a 1965 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and a 1962 graduate of Rutgers University.
