Duane Morris Newark and Sobel & Co. Present a CLE Symposium

This half-day program will include three different seminars on various legal topics of interest, including:
- Voluntary Disclosures: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
- Best Practices for Ethical Management of Litigation
- A choice of two seminars:
- Bankruptcy Primer: Creditor and Debtor Issues; or
- Corporate Forensic Investigations: What Inside Counsel Needs to Know
Lawyers licensed in New Jersey must complete 24 hours of CLE every two years, including four hours on ethics and professionalism. This program will provide New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania CLE credits (including ethics credits). Certified public accountant CPE credit of 1.0 hour will be provided for the forensic investigation session, as sponsored by Sobel & Co., LLC.
