Compliance Issues Affecting U.S. Corporations Doing Business in Europe in 2010
Jonathan P. Armstrong, a partner in Duane Morris' London office, will present a review of the major compliance issues of 2009 and some thoughts as to what 2010 will bring. Special emphasis will be placed on issues U.S. corporations are likely to have when doing business in Europe.
The Current Climate for U.S. Corporations Doing Business in Asia
Eduardo Ramos-Gómez, managing partner of Duane Morris' Singapore office, will look at where the Asian economies are going as they move past the economic crisis, and the politics and opportunities for investment.
