Partner Sheila Slocum Hollis will moderate a panel on Recent Challenges to the Cross Border-Energy Supply at The Second Annual National Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Summit. This conference will take place April 27-29 at Le Royal Meridien King Edward Hotel in Toronto.
Conference Overview
This one and a half day program in Canada's financial centre has been designed to provide private practitioners, in-house corporate and government counsel, regulators, local government representatives and other professionals with an annual update on the hottest issues in the environment, energy and resources law field, and unprecedented access to leading experts. The topics will include a host of relevant cross-border issues, including extra-territorial enforcement of laws, cross-border emission credit trading, offshore drilling and brownfields redevelopment.
