Life After Training: Options for J-1 Physicians
If you are a foreign medical graduate currently in J-1 or H-1B status participating in your residency or fellowship program, this symposium will provide you with valuable information regarding your options.
Roberta Freedman, Denyse Sabagh, and Michelle Funk, experienced Duane Morris attorneys with our national Immigration Practice Group, will share information about J-1 eligible positions and additional support material that you might find helpful. Our presentation topics include:

- Available J-1 waiver programs and processing times
- Alternative visa options
- Permanent residence process
- Carl Kulczyk, Iowa Department of Public Health Program Planner, to discuss the J-1 program and J-1 waiver job opportunities in Iowa

This event will take place on Saturday, June 3, 2006 at the Courtyard by Marriott, Chicago Downtown. Registration begins 12:30 p.m. and the program is from 1 to 4 p.m. Convenient parking is available at the State-Kinzie-Wabash Self-Park.
