Duane Morris Partner Andrew Gordon to Speak at ABA Teleconference on London Insurance Witnesses

Andrew K. Gordon will be speaking at the American Bar Association's teleconference, titled "Taking and Defending Depositions of London Insurance Witnesses," on June 20, 2006. This 90-minute teleconference which begins at 1:00 p.m. ET, will address:

Program Overview

Complex insurance coverage suits often involve the depositions of witnesses from the London insurance market. London depositions require an understanding of procedures, customs, and other considerations that are often unfamiliar to even the experienced insurance coverage litigator. This program will review the "need-to-know" aspects of the London deposition from three critical perspectives: the insured seeking discovery, the insurer responding to the requests for discovery, and the hearing examiner presiding over the deposition.
