Duane Morris Partner Alan Klein to Speak at American Conference Institute Meeting

Alan Klein, of the Philadelphia office, will speak at the American Conference Institute meeting in Chicago on October 4-5, 2006. This conference, "Preventing and Defending Chemical Products Liability Litigation," will offer discussion on proven strategies in risk assessment and causation and the "battle of the experts" in an interactive workshop format. Alan will discuss the topic, "Evaluating and Overcoming Causation Claims, Defeating Medical Monitoring, and Preparing for the Daubert Hearing."
Attendees will benefit from the expert faculty's thorough analyses on using scientific and genetic evidence to aid a defense, and receive practical strategies that can be applied directly to future cases.
