Rising Above the Storm of Product Liability Litigation is the theme for the 2007 DRI Product Liability Conference. No place better exemplifies how to "rise above the storm" than New Orleans, the location chosen for the 2007 Conference.
The 2007 Conference is dedicated to those who want to know what is on the horizon and how best to weather the storm of product liability litigation. In addition to cutting-edge topics such as proposed rule changes at the CPSC, new ANSI standards on warnings, Federal Rules relating to e-discovery and new techniques being used by plaintiffs to select favorable juries, there will be 19 Specialized Litigation Group Workshops where you can hone your skills in specific areas. Just like New Orleans, the 2007 Product Liability Conference offers something for everyone. From the young lawyer to those more seasoned in product liability litigation, this Conference offers unparalleled opportunities to learn about product liability issues, earn CLE credit and network.
