European Users' Council Symposium

Duane Morris of counsel Mitchell L. Lathrop will speak on "Enforcing Interim Arbital Awards and Orders in the United States and the United Kingdom" at the London Court of International Arbitration's European Users' Council Symposium. This year's symposium will be held in Madrid on March 3, 2007.
The LCIA format is unique and has been used successfully in venues throughout the world. The symposium is based around current issues of key interest in the field of arbitration, proposed in advance by delegates and keenly debated from the floor under the expert guidance of well-known co-chairs.
