Duane Morris of counsel Mitchell L. Lathrop will speak on "Property Insurance in a Post-Katrina World" at the 2007 Joint International Conference, to be held in London, England, on May 17-18, 2007.
This Third Joint International Conference, sponsored by the four leading organizations involved in the defense of civil cases, is designed to address new liabilities faced by companies and their management and to report on cutting-edge product liability and insurance/reinsurance issues and global trends and experiences. The faculty is comprised of renowned European and U.S. business leaders, insurance executives, and their counsel. The conference also includes a trial demonstration to highlight the differences between the U.S. and European approaches to expert scientific evidence.
