Sheila Hollis to Speak at the National Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Summit

Duane Morris partner Sheila Slocum Hollis will speak at the National Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Summit in Montreal, Canada, on April 27, 2007. The Summit is sponsored by the Canadian Bar Association and the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. Ms. Hollis's address is on regulatory issues associated with wind power development.
Program Overview
This year's theme is Energy and the Environment. The topics will include a host of relevant energy issues, including new electricity transmission routes, nuclear energy comeback, wind energy, LNG projects in Canada, environmental assessment for large energy project, and aboriginal issues in energy project.The program will help experienced professionals stay on top of the latest developments and assist them in managing emerging issues as well as anticipate what is on the horizon. It will also be of interest to newer practitioners looking for a sense of the current issues in the field and for exposure to the leading experts.
