Kathleen M. Shay will be a speaker at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute program titled "Mergers and Acquisitions: Practice, Process. . .and Forms!" to be held April 26 in Philadelphia.
Experienced dealmakers will present on the practice and process involved in mergers and acquisitions work. Intended for business lawyers, this program covers "Preliminary Issues in the Deal" as well as "The Acquisitions Agreement" and is approved for six hours of CLE credit in Pennsylvania.
