Duane Morris Partners to Speak at AIRA 23rd Annual Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference

Katchen will be speaking on the topic "Lien to the Right: Current Issues Concerning Second Liens," on Friday, June 8th at 2 p.m. This panel will examine the second lien financing landscape from both the business and legal perspective. The session will focus on the market place today, legal issues and the topic of lender versus investor and loaning-to-own.
Gregory R. Haworth will be speaking on the topic "Financial Advisor's Toolbox: Litigation in Bankruptcies and Related Proceedings" on Wednesday, June 6th. This panel will discuss various topics a financial advisor could encounter during a bankruptcy litigation proceeding, including: valuation of businesses and collateral in bankruptcy and workouts; providing expert testimony; ADR and other techniques to drive settlements; trustee litigation; investigative techniques and risk management.
