David J. Kaufman will speak at the upcoming Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute Conference being held in Chicago in conjunction with Northwestern University School of Law. This conference will be held at the Northwestern University campus on May 3-4. This is the premier securities law event in the Midwest, and brings together senior officials from the SEC with leading securities practitioners.
David will be a speaker in the session addressing "Ethical Issues Confronting Transactional Counsel" on May 4 at 12:30 p.m.
