Robert Byer will speak at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's program titled "Winning Your Case on Appeal - Essential Ingredients to Successful Briefing and Oral Argument in the Pennsylvania State Court." This program is a live seminar which will be offered in Pittsburgh on November 7 and in Philadelphia on November 9.
This program offers a great opportunity for the appellate practitioner to hear from members of the judiciary, staff from the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts and experienced appellate litigators on the key factors in any appeal and on specific approaches to appellate advocacy.
