Sandra A. Jeskie was a panelist at the New Jersey Association of Corporate Counsel's program titled Competitive Intelligence and Corporate Intelligence - The Sword and the Shield, which was held on December 13, 2007.
Program Overview
The panel will discuss Competitive Intelligence from both a domestic and international perspective. Real life examples of corporate espionage will be emphasized, and the panel will explain how they relate to what is permissible under current laws. The focus will be on both external and internal attacks and the legal ways in which organizations can protect themselves and their intellectual property. In-house counsel will gain a better sense of how to keep their companies out of trouble and how to protect mission-critical technologies.
