Duane Morris Partner Peter Rothberg to Speak at Stevens Institute of Technology Law & Entrepreneurship Program

Peter W. Rothberg will speak at the Stevens Institute of Technology Law & Entrepreneurship Program, being held on December 10-11, 2007, in Newark, New Jersey. The program titled How to Advise Entrepreneurial Clients: What Every Counsel Should Know was designed by experts from the most prominent law firms and the faculty of the Howe School. The emphasis is on practical business issues. This two-day conference will provide an overview of the business and legal issues entrepreneurial companies face. The conference runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 10 and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11.
Peter will speak on the topic "Cashing Out via an Acquisition or IPO," at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2007.
