Duane Morris Partner Steve Honig to Speak at the National Association of Corporate Directors

Stephen M. Honig is running a series of monthly programs for the Boston/New England Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. The topic for January is "The Lead Director in a Time of Crisis." Following the trend to designate non-CEO chairmen of boards, or designated "lead director," a panel will explore proper governance procedures for such directors in a time of corporate crisis. This program will be held on January 9, 2008 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
