Stephen M. Honig is running a series of monthly programs for the Boston/New England Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. The topic for February is "Practical Issues of Executive Compensation." This panel, with outside participation from employment consultants, will discuss the regulatory, disclosure, marketplace and practical issues relating to compensation, particularly in light of recent SEC criticism of the lack of compensation analysis in current '34 Act filings. This breakfast seminar will be held on February 12, 2008, at The Newton Marriott Hotel. Registration begins at 7:00 a.m.. The program will run from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
