Mitchell Lathrop to Speak at Lawyering in the International Market Seminar

Mitchell L. Lathrop will speak at the Center for International Legal Studies' Lawyering in the International Market Conference. This four-day conference will be held from Wednesday, May 14, 2008, to Sunday, May 18, 2008, at the Pilanesberg National Park in South Africa. Mitch will be speaking on "Current Developments in International Arbitration."
Mitchell Lathrop, focuses his practice on international arbitration, insurance and reinsurance law, and complex and securities litigation. He is a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a member of the London Court of International Arbitration. Mr. Lathrop is a diplomate in international arbitration law of the College of Law of England and Wales. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a certified civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Program Overview
