Duane Morris Partner Dominica Anderson to Speak at the ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Annual CLE Seminar

Dominica C. Anderson will speak at the American Bar Association Section of Litigation's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee annual CLE seminar on February 28, 2008, from 3:35 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Dominica will be speaking on a panel titled "Confronting Catastrophe: Pandemics, Hurricanes, Terrorists - Oh My!" The four-day conference will be held at The Westin La Paloma in Tucson, Arizona, and will begin on February 27, 2008.
Panel Description
The extreme ruin caused by Hurricane Katrina would pale in comparison to a nationwide calamity such as a flu pandemic. This interactive session will leverage the advice of experts, including professionals who endured Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath, to explore the role of the legal profession in confronting catastrophes.Dominica C. Anderson is the managing partner of Duane Morris' Las Vegas office. Ms. Anderson practices in the areas of insurance and business litigation with an emphasis on complex litigation. Her practice has included coverage disputes concerning construction defects, and claims for a variety of toxic torts and health hazards, including asbestos, chemical and petrochemical exposures, electromagnetic fields, agricultural products, and drugs and medical devices.
