About the Program

The ABA estimates that over the next 15 years up to 400,000 lawyers will step away from full time practice and enter "active retirement." Are you considering the next chapter in your career? Do you want to continue to practice law, but in a different environment? Do you want to give more back to your community? If so, then this program is for you. There are many issues to consider: financial resources, health insurance, planning, malpractice insurance and how you want to use your time. Designed with the many issues in mind, this course will discuss exit strategies, examples of transition, malpractice issues plus much more. In addition, you have a networking opportunity to share ideas and ask questions.
