Duane Morris Partner Peter Funk to Speak at NYSERDA Special Workshop

Duane Morris partner Peter V. K. Funk, Jr. will speak at a special half-day workshop, "How to Conduct a Site-Specific CHP Feasibility Study," to be held on Monday, June 9, 2008, as part of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority's conference, "CHP in NYS: Past, Present, and Future." Mr. Funk will speak on "Financing CHP: Alternative Financing Approaches - Merits of Each and Related Legal Considerations."
The conference and workshop will be held at the Marriott New York at the Brooklyn Bridge from June 9-11, 2008.
About the Conference
Over 50 NYSERDA-funded CHP projects situated throughout New York State are currently operational. Another 50 are in various stages of design, construction, and commissioning. This conference will highlight lessons learned from this large portfolio.
