Duane Morris Partner Robert L. Byer to Be Panelist at the Appellate Judges Education Institute Summit

Duane Morris partner Robert L. Byer will be a panelist at the Appellate Judges Education Institute (AJEI) Summit, to be held November 13-16, 2008, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Byer will be speaking on a panel titled "Matching Advocacy to Audience: Difference Between Intermediate Appellate Courts and Courts of Last Resort" on November 14 from 8:00-9:15 a.m. The panel will be presenting to the Council of Appellate Lawyers.
About the AJEI
The AJEI is the non-profit education arm of the ABA Appellate Judges Conference (AJC), with the mission of providing high-quality education programs designed and produced by appellate judges themselves. It brings together federal and state appellate judges (Spencer-Grimes), appellate staff attorneys (CASA), and appellate lawyers (CAL) for an excellent education program.
