Duane Morris partner Jerome L. Wolf, P.L. will serve as program chair and speak at the "Asset Protection in Florida" CLE seminar, to be held on November 12, 2008, in Tampa, Florida; and on November 13, 2008, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mr. Wolf will deliver opening remarks at both sessions, and he will also speak on the topic of "Creditors' Rights to Assets in Trust," from 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. during the sessions on both days.
