Duane Morris Partner Marc D. Brookman to Moderate Panel at the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia's 7th Annual Housing Conference

Duane Morris partner Marc D. Brookman will be moderating a panel at the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia's 7th Annual Housing Conference. The conference, titled "Connecting the Dots: How We Can Re-Energize Philadelphia's Housing Market with — A Renewed Commitment by the City, Public/Private Partnerships, Green & Sustainable Building, Financing and Marketing," will be held on September 17, 2008, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Brookman will lead a panel discussion on the topic of "What Sells?" from 3:45 p.m. to 5 p.m.
This panel will discuss financing, marketing large- and small-scale development, and sustainability in today's housing market. Besides Mr. Brookman, the panelists will be Chuck Breder of Toll Brothers; Jim Goldstein of GMAC Mortgage; Michael Gross of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox LLP; and David Perlman of Philadelphia Residential Development Corporation.
