Duane Morris Partner Sheila Hollis to Be Panelist at Energy Bar Association Meeting for Houston and New Orleans Chapters

Duane Morris partner Sheila Slocum Hollis will be a panelist at the Energy Bar Association meeting for the Houston and New Orleans chapters, to be held on October 2, 2008, in Houston, Texas. Ms. Hollis will participate in a panel discussion on the topic of "Energy Enforcement," occurring from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The panelists will explore enforcement issues and concerns faced by their clients whose activities are subject to regulation and oversight by these agencies. They also will offer their respective insights on dealing with agency staff on enforcement matters and what they feel are essential elements of a proactive, effective compliance program.
About the Meeting
This meeting will focus on enforcement practice and policy as they relate to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
