Duane Morris partner Charles W. Whitney will be speaking at the 14th Annual Buying & Selling Electric Power in the West Conference, to be held on January 15-16, 2009, in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Whitney will be speaking on the topic of "Update on Nuclear Power" on Friday, January 16, at 11:30 a.m. In this presentation, he will discuss technological developments, the political environment and market developments on the national scene.
