Duane Morris partner Dominica C. Anderson will speak at a Physician Insurers Association of America Legal Workshop to be held on November 13-14, 2008, at the Stanford Court Hotel in San Francisco. Ms. Anderson will speak on "The Insurability of Punitive Damages" on November 13 at 1:30 p.m.
About the Workshop
