Duane Morris partners Stanley A. Barg and Jon Grouf will be among the speakers for the New York State Bar Association's Fifth Annual International Estate Planning Institute, to be held on April 23-24, 2009, at the Westin At Times Square. Mr. Barg and Mr. Grouf will speak on "Estate and Income Taxation of Non-U.S. Persons" and "New Developments" on April 23.
About the Program
The Institute will be co-hosted by the New York State Bar Association and STEP USA, and chaired by G. Warren Whitaker. This Institute has become a much-anticipated annual event at which trust and estate practitioners and bankers from around the world gather to hear some of the leaders in their field exchange ideas and discuss developments regarding cross-border planning with a U.S. component.
