Duane Morris attorney Phyllis J. Kessler will chair the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Public Utility Law Section's Annual Spring Conference, to be held on Friday, April 17, 2009, in Edison, New Jersey.
Two panel discussions will take place during this daylong program: "The Roadmap for Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency Under the New Jersey Energy Master Plan: What Steps Have Been Taken and What More Needs to Be Done" and "The Impact of the Financial Crisis on the Utility Industry: Financing Capital Improvements, Adding Capacity, Opportunities to Stimulate the Economy."
