Duane Morris partner Beatrice O'Donnell will be speaking at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation Annual Meeting, to be held on April 29 to May 1, 2009, in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. O'Donnell will speak on the topic of "'Relationship' Conflicts: How Do I Clear the Hurdle?" on May 1 at 10:10 a.m.
About the Conference
The 2009 ABA Section of Litigation Annual Conference is a unique opportunity to see, hear and meet the judges and advocates who are handling the most important litigation issues that are in the news and in courthouses around the country. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will be the keynote luncheon speaker at the John Minor Wisdom Awards Luncheon on May 1.
