Duane Morris partner Andres C. Benach will be speaking at the American Immigration Law Foundation/American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILF/AILA) Annual Litigation Institute, to be held on October 9-11, 2009, in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Benach will serve on a faculty composed of top legal professionals in litigation presenting on litigation techniques for inexperienced practitioners.
About the Institute
Now more than ever immigration lawyers need to be equipped to litigate issues on behalf of their clients. This Institute will enable both new and experienced practitioners to acquire new skills, to practice their technique, and to become confident and knowledgeable about litigation in immigration court and in the federal courts.
