Duane Morris partner Jerry Levy will be a panelist during a session at the New York State Bar Association Health Law Section Fall Meeting, to be held on October 24, 2009, in Bolton Landing, New York. Mr. Levy will participate in a panel discussion on the topic of "Fraud and Abuse Update," which begins at 3:40 p.m. and concludes at 5 p.m.
The panel will discuss the following:

- Federal and state actions
- Who are the plaintiffs?
- Role of relator's counsel
- Settle or fight?
- Priorities of the Medical Fraud Control Unit
- Major medicaid fraud cases and initiatives during the past year
- Major patient abuse and neglect cases and initiatives during the past year
