Duane Morris Partner Albee Bates to Speak at 2009 AAA Fall Construction Conference

Duane Morris partner Albert Bates, Jr. will be a faculty member for the American Arbitration Association Fall Construction Conference, to be held at the Los Angeles County Bar Association on November 13, 2009, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mr. Bates' presentation is titled "Ethical Considerations for Advocates in Construction Arbitration."
