Duane Morris partner Edward B. Gentilcore will be speaking at a ConsensusDOCs webinar, "Introducing the ConsensusDOCS 310: From Beginning to the Industry's First Green Building Addendum," to be held on December 2, 2009, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern time).
Key topics to be discussed during this program include:
- Identify unique risks and rewards in building green projects
- Review contractual best practices for green building
- Distinguish project participants and their respective roles and responsibilities
Using the new ConsensusDOCS 310—Green Building Addendum as a baseline for examples, the webinar will explore how to properly identify project participants and their respective roles and responsibilities, including determining the Green Building Facilitator.
