Duane Morris attorneys Peter V. K. Funk, Jr. and Phyllis J. Kessler will be speakers at the 29th Annual Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums Annual Housing Conference, to be held on Sunday, November 15, 2009, at Baruch College in New York City. Mr. Funk's and Ms. Kessler's talk will be on "Understanding Energy Contracts" and will take place at 12:30 p.m.
