Duane Morris partner Alan Klein will be speaking at American Conference Institute's (ACI) 14th Annual Drug and Medical Device Litigation Conference, to be held on December 8-10, 2009, in New York City. Mr. Klein will be discussing the topic "Defending Generic Products" on December 10 at 2:30 p.m. He will be furnishing practical suggestions to drug and medical device counsel on the efficient preparation and effective trial of generic pharmaceutical products liability cases.
About the Conference
Now in its 14th year, ACI's Drug and Medical Device Litigation Conference is regarded as the must-attend industry event.
