Duane Morris partner Joanne B. Erde will be speaking at the Health Care Compliance Association's (HCCA) 14th Annual Compliance Institute, to be held on April 18-21, 2010, in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Erde will participate in a panel discussion on the topic of "Medicaid Fraud Enforcement" on Monday, April 19, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. This session will:
- Explain increased investigation and enforcement of Medicaid Fraud and Abuse;
- Highlight new and ongoing areas of concern, 2009 OIG Work Plan; and
- Discuss recent state and federal enforcement actions
