Duane Morris partner Robert P. Bramnik will serve as panel chair and moderator of a session at the Winter Meeting of the American Bar Association (ABA) Futures and Derivatives Law Committee, to be held on January 28-30, 2010, in Naples, Florida. Mr. Bramnik will moderate a panel discussion on the topic of "Ethics Issues" on Thursday, January 28, from 5:10 p.m. to 6:10 p.m.
