Duane Morris partner Albert Bates, Jr. will be speaking at the 8th Annual Miami International Arbitration Conference: Resolving International Construction Disputes, to be held on March 21-22, 2010, in Miami Beach, Florida. Mr. Bates will serve as a faculty member in a panel discussion on the topic of "ICDR/AAA International Construction ADR Tools and Techniques" on March 22 at 4:15 p.m.
Attendees will learn about the spectrum of ICDR/AAA international construction services available for companies to use to save time and money in resolving their international disputes.

- ICDR Guidelines on Information Exchange.
- ICDR's administration of UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules used in Construction Disputes.
