March 17, 2010 | Atlanta
| Maggiano's Little Italy-Cumberland
Duane Morris attorney Antony L. Sanacory will be speaking at the Construction Financial Management Association's (CFMA) Georgia Chapter Luncheon, to be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Sanacory will discuss "Improving the Collection of Receivables: Strategies and Experiences of an Attorney."
In today's economic environment, every contractor needs a defined credit and collections strategy before any project begins. Do you have one? Is it adequate? Mr. Sanacory will provide an overview of his upcoming article in Building Profits magazine on how to plan, organize and prepare your credit and collection process. He will discuss knowing your customer, handling difficult accounts, documenting properly, and filing liens—all of which make good business sense, regardless of the credit and collection considerations. Learn how to avoid costly litigation and set a standard of quality customer service.
Lunch will be served at 12 p.m., and Mr. Sanacory's presentation begins at 12:30 p.m.
