Duane Morris Partner Nicholas Lynn to Speak at the American Pharmacists Association Annual Meeting and Exposition

Duane Morris partner Nicholas J. Lynn will be presenting at the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) Annual Meeting and Exposition, to be held on March 12-15, 2010, in Washington, D.C. Mr. Lynn will discuss "Pharmacy Reimbursement Litigation" on Monday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. His presentation will cover the status of cases that challenge states' efforts to cut reimbursement to pharmacies. Topics for discussion will include cases in California and Washington state, issues surrounding the use of the average manufacturer price (AMP) as the basis for reducing reimbursement, and the effect of reduced average wholesale prices (AWPs) under the First DataBank AWP case.
