Duane Morris partner Joanne B. Erde will be speaking at the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) Annual Meeting and In-House Counsel Program, to be held on June 27-30, 2010, in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Erde will be a panelist at breakout sessions during the Annual Meeting on the topic of "Federal Contractors: RACs, MICs, ZPIC," on June 29 at 8:15 a.m. and on June 30 at 8 a.m.
About AHLA's Annual Meeting and In-House Counsel Program
As the culmination of AHLA's educational year, the Annual Meeting provides a forum for networking and interaction with colleagues, friends and family, as well as an outstanding educational event. Breakout sessions on various topics will be delivered by leading speakers, and the program will include a special focus on healthcare reform. The In-House Counsel Program is designed to address the unique issues faced by in-house counsel. Breakout sessions will focus on practical, hands-on ways to function in the challenging day-to-day work roles of in-house lawyers.
