Duane Morris partners Rudolph J. Di Massa, Jr. and Bruce Bowden will serve as faculty members at a Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) seminar on the topic of "Officer and Director Liability" on Monday, August 30, 2010, in Milford, Pennsylvania. The program begins at 9 a.m. and concludes at 12:30 p.m.
This CLE seminar will provide an overview of the fiduciary duties of officers and directors, where attendees can learn about director and officer liability. The panel will examine the fundamental duties owed and how these duties become relevant in litigation.
