About the Speakers
Steven C. Graham founded Graham Partners in 1988 and serves as senior managing principal, overseeing all activities, including investment sourcing, evaluating, monitoring and divesting. He previously oversaw the Graham Group’s global acquisition, joint venture and financing activities, culminating in the sale of Graham Packaging to the Blackstone Group.
Christopher G. Hanssens is managing partner of Eureka Growth Capital. He serves on the boards of Active Brands International, Commercial Carpets of America, Cherry Hill Holdings and Total Military Management, and has handled investments in C/G Electrodes, Maxima Technologies & Systems, Milestone Traditions, Nailite International, Synergy and TransCore.
Howard D. Ross, cofounder of LLR Partners, has more than 30 years’ experience investing in and advising middle-market growth companies, with industry focus on healthcare, IT and outsourced business services. He serves on the boards of Brightheart, Five Below, Maxwell Systems, Pet Food Direct, RecoverCare, SDI Health, SEI Investments and Singer Equities.
W. Scott Warren is managing partner at Milestone Partners and has devoted most of his career to executing middle-market leveraged buyouts and corporate financings. He previously has been managing director of Philadelphia First Group and Beacon Capital, vice president in the M&A department of Lehman Brothers, and was with the Philadelphia National Bank.
Sheldon M. Bonovitz, the forum's moderator and Duane Morris' chairman emeritus, practices tax and corporate law and also devotes his practice to business counseling. He serves on the public company boards of Comcast Corporation and eResearch Technology, Inc. as well as on the advisory boards of several privately held companies, a private equity fund and a real estate fund.
