Duane Morris partner Walter J. Greenhalgh will be moderating a panel discussion at the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) 9th Annual Advanced Restructuring & Plan of Reorganization Conference, to be held on Monday, November 15, 2010, in New York City. Mr. Greenhalgh will lead the discussion on the topic of "Industries Impacted by the Economy" from 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. He is also a member of the Planning Committee for the conference.
The panel discussion will focus on current economic conditions that have significantly impacted various industries this year, including gaming/casinos, real estate and print media. The panel will review key decisions issued in these cases, as well as other recent significant court decisions.
