Duane Morris consulting counsel Phyllis J. Kessler will be speaking at the District Energy Systems & Microgrids Conference, to be held on Friday, November 19, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in White Plains, New York. The program is presented by the U.S. Department of Energy Clean Energy RAC and will be hosted by the Pace Energy and Climate Center.
