Duane Morris partner Richard H. Lowe will be a featured speaker at the General Building Contractors Association (GBCA) Forum, "ACORD but No Satisfaction: Why Contractors Have Problems with the New CGL Certificate of Insurance," to be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the firm's Philadelphia office.
About the Program
The new ACORD certificate of insurance form no longer requires insurers to provide any notice of policy cancellation to additional insureds. General contractors and subcontractors now may need to provide these notices. This presentation will offer practical solutions for GCs, subs and their insurance brokers.
